Biographical Information

Francisco Rosario, also known as Francisco Del Rosario, was signed by the Toronto Blue Jays and scout Tony Arias in 1999. He debuted with the DSL Blue Jays in 1999-2000 before coming stateside in 2001.

Rosario threw six shutout innings for the Tigres del Licey in the 2008 Caribbean Series, helping them to a title.
