Biographical Information[edit]
Francisco Plasencia was signed by scout Epy Guerrero for the Milwaukee Brewers in 2000. He played in the Brewers' chain from 2001 to 2003, never making it out of Rookie ball before being released.
After playing in an unaffiliated league in Venezuela, he was signed by the Washington Nationals and played in their system from 2005-2010, reaching AA ball.
