Biographical Information[edit]
Francisco Martínez was on the Panamanian national team in the 1983 Pan American Games. He pitched four games for Panama in the 1984 Amateur World Series. He allowed seven hits, four walks and two runs (one earned) in four innings, fanning one. Among the batters he faced was Barry Bonds. He and Crispin Poveda were Panama's lone southpaws in the event.
