Biographical Information

Frances Rojas was 1-2 with a 3.42 ERA in 13 games for the 1998 GCL Twins with 9 walks and 17 whiffs in 23 2/3 IP. In 2001-2002, he was 0-2 for the Leones del Caracas in his lone Venezuelan League stint, allowing 8 walks and 8 earned runs in 5 2/3 IP over 17 games. He was 1-1 with a 7.71 ERA for the Venezuelan national team in the 2002 Intercontinental Cup. He also appeared for them in the 2008 Americas Baseball Cup (0 R in 3 2/3 IP over 3 G).
