Foreman, OK

Foreman is an unincorporated community in eastern Oklahoma, located on the north side of the Arkansas River, 15 miles west of Fort Smith, AR. Sylvester Foreman and Zack Foreman were born here and Zack also died here.

The town is named after Zack Foreman Sr., the father of the ballplayer of the same name, who was born into slavery but later became a wealthy man.
