Biographical Information[edit]

Felix Tejeda pitched in the minor leagues on-and-off from 1981 to 2005. He spent the majority of the initial few years of his career in the Los Angeles Dodgers system, peaking briefly in Triple-A, then spent the remainder in the Mexican League. Perhaps his best campaign in the Dodgers system was 1984, when he went 7-2 with a 2.84 ERA in 28 games (14 starts) between the Bakersfield Dodgers and Vero Beach Dodgers. A season of note in the Mexican League was 2002, when at 41 years old he had a 1.69 ERA in 39 relief appearances for the Piratas de Campeche; a LOOGY, he pitched just 16 innings. He played until he was 44.

His birth year has also been listed as 1963 and he has also been listed as a switch hitter.[1]
