Biographical Information[edit]
Felipe Valle has played for the Ecuadorian national team.
Valle was the All-Star 2B in the 2004 South American Championship, when Ecuador won the Bronze Medal. He was with them for another Bronze at the 2005 South American Championship. He hit .278/.350/.500 as Ecuador's main DH in the 2006 COPABE Olympic Qualifiers. He hit four doubles, half of his team's total (they had no other extra-base hits than doubles). His two runs tied Miguel Veliz for second and he led with three RBI. In the 2013 Bolivarian Games, he fielded .900 as a backup 1B and primary DH for Ecuador, going 3 for 16 at the plate for the Bronze Medalists.
