Erick Samuel Herrera Acosta

Erick Acosta pitched for the Guatemalan national team in the 2003 Pan American Games. He was 0-1 with a 2.84 ERA in the 2006 Central American and Caribbean Games. In the 2008 Americas Baseball Cup, he allowed four runs in 4 2/3 IP in a loss to Aruba. He did pick off two batters, more than anyone else did in that tournament. He is with Guatemala for the 2010 Central American and Caribbean Games. His grandfather Salvador Acosta also pitched for Guatemala; apparently his father?uncle? Samuel also was on the national team.
