Biographical Information[edit]
Eric Holtz was player-coach for the Bet Shemesh Blue Sox in the Israel Baseball League in 2007, his first time in Israel since his Bar Mitzvah in 1978. He coached at Manhattanville College (2004-2007) and Westchester Community College (2008-2015). He has coached the US team in Maccabi Games. He managed the Israeli national team that won the 2019 B-Level European Championship to go to the 2019 European Championship, their first appearance in a European Championship. His son is Brett Holtz.
