Heriberto Rosales Hernández
Eriberto Rosales played briefly in five seasons for Santiago de Cuba, hitting .219/.276/.240 in 105 games (96 AB). He scored 15 runs and drove in 5. His last season was 2003-2004, after which he became an outfield coach for the team. He later worked in Venezuelan youth baseball before coaching for Cuba in the 2017 World Port Tournament. He succeeded Orestes Kindelan as manager of Santiago de Cuba in 2018-2019. He was 25-20 his first year, just missing the second half, and went 47-43 in 2019-2020, 43-32 in 2020-2021 and 38-37 in 2021-2022. He was then replaced by Eddy Cajigal.
