Biographical Information[edit]

Elmer Daily was 9-9 for the 1910 Williamsport Millionaires, hitting .235/?/.294. He was president of the Middle Atlantic League from 1926-1951 (except for a break when it was shut down during World War II) and also organized and was president of the Pennsylvania State Association for its complete run (1934-1942). He was also on the executive committee of the National Association of Professional Baseball Leagues.
