Biographical Information[edit]
Eli Steinfield earned a bachelor's degree in sports marketing & management from Indiana University Bloomington in 2016 and a master's degree in sports management from Columbia University in 2018.
Since graduating from high school in 2012, Steinfield has held a variety of baseball related jobs.

In 2020, the Baltimore Orioles hired Steinfield to be the Norfolk Tides development coach before the coronavirus pandemic caused the minor league season to be cancelled.
