Biographical Information[edit]
Ehren Wassermann was a right-handed reliever for the Chicago White Sox.
Wasserman was signed by scout Warren Hughes for the White Sox as an undrafted free agent in 2003. He posted a 2.34 ERA over five minor league seasons through 2007. He was promoted to Chicago in July of 2007, and after going 1-1 with a 2.74 ERA in 33 games, solidified a spot in the bullpen. Wassermann had marginal velocity on his pitches, but his low arm slot translated to success in the major leagues.
In 2008 he spent part of the season at Charlotte, posting a 1.15 ERA in 32 games, with a 3-0 record and 7 saves.
Wassermann was a pitching coach for the Windy City ThunderBolts in 2012 and GCL Twins in 2013-2014.
