Biographical Information[edit]
Eddie Lyons pitched in the minors from 1947 to 1952. He then managed the Johnson City Phillies in 1958-1959, the Harlan Smokies in 1961, and the Erie Tigers in 1967.
Lyons was then AD and baseball coach at Upsala College. He managed in the Cape Cod League for 16 years with four different teams, Falmouth Commodores, Chatham A's, Wareham Gatemen and Hyannis Mets and won a league championship in 1982 with Chatham.
