Biographical Information[edit]
Mouse Glenn began his baseball career in 1879 with the Richmond Virginians which were a then-independent league team, before they joined the minor league Eastern League and during their brief time as a mjor league team in the 1884 American Association. He stayed with them after they returned to the Eastern League in 1885. In 1886, Mouse joined the Pittsburgh Alleghenys. He played for a minor league team in Charleston in 1887 and pitched a little for them, giving up 8 runs and 16 hits. He returned to major leagues in 1888 with the Kansas City Cowboys and then the Boston Beaneaters. He stuck around in the minor leagues until 1890. He died on February 10, 1892 from consumption in his hometown of Richmond, VA.
