Biographical Information[edit]
Ed Flynn played for the 1887 Cleveland Blues. It was reported in the spring of 1892 that he was going to manage San Antonio. He was the brother of Dibby Flynn.

This, in turn, will throw some fine material on the base ball market, among whom may be mentioned Ed Flynn, our excellent catcher and second baseman and the hitter of the team, who is wintering in Pueblo . . ." - Sporting Life's Pueblo corrspondent, Feb. 24, 1886
