Biographical Information

Douglas Lanza played in the Arizona Diamondbacks farm system for four seasons, from 2016 to 2019. He never made it past Rookie League. He did not play in 2020 due to the minor league season being canceled because of the Covid-19 Pandemic and was released on January 8, 2021. He had hit .227/.301/.309 in 114 games, fielding .985 at catcher and throwing out 45% who tried to steal.
