Biographical Information

Dong-hun Kang has pitched for the South Korean national team.

Kang made South Korea's young club for the 2023 Asian Championship. He relieved Ji-su Jang in the 4th inning against Hong Kong, and he pitched a shutout inning with a strikeout against Anson Fung and got the win. Korea beat the Philippines with a 7-0 score in the Bronze Medal Game. The KIA Tigers selected him in the 5th round of the 2024 KBO draft, and he stayed in the minors for the entire 2024 season.
