Biographical Information

Dong-chan Cho has been an infielder in the Korea Baseball Organization. He is the brother of Dong-hwa Cho.

Cho was 2 for 7 with a homer in 2002 for the Samsung Lions. In 2003, he went 4 for 23 with a triple. In 2004, Cho became a regular and hit .222/.288/.336. Cho batted .274/.360/.439 in 2005 with 16 home runs and 17 steals in 23 tries during what has been his career year (through 2008).

Cho batted .259/.323/.376 with 20 steals in 24 attempts in 2006. He was with the South Korean squad that won Gold at the 2006 Asian Games. In 2007, he hit .189/.301/.217 in 38 games in 2007. In 2008, he batted .225/.322/.278 in 68 contests.
