Don Lozano has been a player agent with the Beverly Hills Sports Council and his own firm with clients including Albert Pujols and Mike Piazza.
Deadspin published an article in November 2011 citing an anonymously sent packet, alleging various improprieties such as the use of hookers, bottle service and other disreputable tactics to recruit young athletes and claiming that he was known for stealing clients from junior agents at BHSC, the agency he worked at for a number of years before starting his own.
