Biographical Information

Deivy Grullon made his major league debut with the Philadelphia Phillies in 2019. He had previously played seven seasons in the minors, beginning at age 17. He went 1 for 9 in 4 games in his first season, appearing twice as a catcher. In 2020, he played 1 game for the Boston Red Sox, going 1 for 3.

Both his names are unique in major league history, although Deivi Cruz comes close to having the same first name.
