Biographical Information[edit]

David Olson has been a college coach.

He hit .471 as a high school sophomore, posting a 3.38 ERA. As a junior, he hit .400 and had a 1.81 ERA. He redshirted as a freshman at Washington State due to an injury, then transferred to junior college. He had five saves and a 1.86 ERA while hitting .318/.431/.465 in 2011. Transferring to Campbell, he batted .351/.419/.523 with 20 doubles and 44 RBI in 57 games in '12, going 0-1 with four saves and a 1.93 ERA. As a senior, he produced at a .347/.467/.444 clip with 45 runs in 59 games and was 3-0 with three saves and a 2.22 ERA.

Olson was then assistant coach at the University of the Cumberlands (2014) and Campbell (2015) then Bellevue Community College. At some point (2021?), he became co-head coach of Bellevue, alongside Mark Yoshino.
