David Jarvis

David Jarvis is a college coach.
A catcher at Arkansas State, he made his coaching debut with Three Rivers Community College, going 324-152 from 1985-1993. From 1993-1997, he was assistant coach at Murray State University. He became head coach at Belmont University in 1998 and was 330-314-1 through 2009. He was named Atlantic Sun Conference Coach of the Year in 2003 and set a school record of 34 wins in 2007. He has coached future major leaguers Bart Evans, Jimmy Hurst and Chuck Malone.
