David Elmore has been an owner.
Elmore was owner of the Hawaii Islanders/Colorado Springs Sky Sox from 1981- . He has been on the Pacific Coast League Executive Committee for over 25 years. In 2014, he was inducted into the Pacific Coast League Hall of Fame.
