Biographical Information

Pitcher David Allen played for four teams in four independent leagues over three seasons. With the Regina Cyclones of the North Central League in 1994, he went 4-0 with a 3.12 ERA in 9 games (7 starts). Between the Frontier League's Johnstown Steal and North Atlantic League's Newark Barge Bandits in 1995, he went 3-3, 3.89 in 8 games (7 starts). After not playing in 1996, Allen made three relief appearances for the Northeast League's Albany Diamond Dogs in 1997, posting a 6.14 ERA.

Overall, Allen went 7-3, 4.09 in 20 games (14 starts).
