Biographical Information

Pitcher Dave Bennett is the brother of Dennis Bennett and father of Erik Bennett. Dave and Dennis were teammates on the 1964 Philadelphia Phillies. Dave pitched just one inning at the age of 18, serving as a reliever in a game in which his brother had pitched. Rick Wise was also an 18-year-old pitcher on the staff.
