Biographical Information

Dane Fujinaka never played professionally, but caught for three years (2013-2015) for Sacramento State University; he also spent a summer with the Victoria HarbourCats of the West Coast League.

He was the catching coach at Sacramento State in 2018 and an assistant coach at Illinois State University in 2019. He also coached in the Blue Jays system beginning in 2019. He managed the DSL Blue Jays to a first place finish in 2021. In September 2021, he was chosen to be Hawai'i Pacific University's new head coach.
