In 1992 and 1996, the Dominican Summer League featured a true co-op team each year, the DSL Co-op. Martin Vargas played for them.
The 1992 team had players from the Chicago White Sox, California Angels, Cleveland Indians, Kansas City Royals, and Seattle Mariners.
