Curtis Brown played one full game in left field for the Montreal Expos on May 27, 1973, going 0 for 4 against the San Francisco Giants. He was a product of the New York Mets organization and had some good seasons with the bat in their minor league system before being traded to the Expos before the 1972 season. He was a regular outfielder in Triple A for the Expos for three years, from 1972 to 1974, but only played the one game in the big leagues. He later played in the Mexican League for six seasons and the Inter-American League in its only season in 1979. His brother, Leon, also played in the major leagues.
