Biographical Information[edit]
Craig Horswell was the main catcher for Team Canada in the 1994 Baseball World Cup, facing future major leaguer Jonathan Johnson in his first game. He went 2 for 15, fielding .971 and throwing out one of six would-be base-stealers. [1] With baseball "dead in Prince George", he switched to fast-pitch softball. [2] He also had British citizenship, rendering him eligible to represent that nation in softball tournaments. [3]
