Biographical Information

Craig Cozart has been a college coach.

Cozart won 24 games in college, finishing second in the history of the University of Central Florida. The Atlanta Braves took him in the 45th round of the 1995 amateur draft and the San Francisco Giants in the 28th round in 1996, but he opted not to sign. He was then the pitching coach at his alma mater from 1997-2008. In June 2008, he became head coach of High Point University. His first team there was 21-32 followed by 31-29 in 2010, the school's first winning season in NCAA Division I.
