Biographical Information[edit]
In parts of three big league seasons, Clyde Barfoot was 8-10 with a 4.10 ERA in 86 games. His 6 saves are recognized as the National League-leading total for the 1922 season, which he spent with the St. Louis Cardinals. His minor league career was far more prolific; "Foots" was 314-243 in 25 seasons on the mound.
