Clint Alfino was the brother of Francisco Alfino.

Clint Alfino was 1 for 15 with a double and a team-high 7 walks as South Africa's left fielder in the 1995 Intercontinental Cup. In the 2000 Olympics, he started in left and went 2 for 15 with two walks and five whiffs, nearly identical numbers to his brother's 3 for 15 with two walks and five whiffs.

In the 2001 Baseball World Cup, Clint went 3 for 11 with three walks and two doubles as a part-time left fielder. He was second on South Africa's team in slugging behind Paul Bell.
