Biographical Information

After the 1993 season, Cleveland Indians pitcher Cliff Young was killed in an automobile accident. He had started his major league career with the California Angels in 1990. Young was the third Indians pitcher to die in an accident in 1993 (the others were Steve Olin and Tim Crews).
