Clifton Keane (aka Clif)

Cliff Keane was a longtime Boston Globe sportswriter (1939-1975) renowned for his merciless but good-natured ribbing of ballplayers; after leaving the Globe, Keane, along with colleague Larry Claflin of the Boston Herald-American, went on to co-host "Clif and Claf," one of the first sports talk radio shows.
