Biographical information[edit]
Claude Joyner played for the Kingsport Indians in 1921, going 7-5 as a starting pitcher and hitting .254 at the plate. He managed the Winston-Salem Twins in 1930. He later served as secretary-treasurer of the Winston-Salem club.
