Clarence Oscar Anderson

Clary Anderson starred in baseball and football at Colgate University, graduating in 1935. He later coached high school football for many years.

In 1969, he became the head football coach at Montclair State University, and he also served as the school's baseball coach from 1970 to 1976. During his tenure with the baseball team, the school advanced to the 1975 Division II College World Series and the 1976 Division III College World Series. He then coached Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1977.

In his later years, he was a Houston Astros scout (1980-1988) and signed Craig Biggio for the club.
