Biographical Information

Chung-Chen Huang pitched in the CPBL for 4 years.

Huang was signed by the Lamigo Monkeys in 2012, and he had a 4.91 ERA in 19 games in his rookie year. He pitched 1 2/3 shutout innings in the 2012 Taiwan Series Game 3, and the Monkeys beat the Uni-President Lions in 5 games. Huang improved to a 3.89 ERA in 33 games in 2013, but he was mainly placed in the minor league in 2014 after Miguel Mejia joined the team. His ERA was a solid 1.71 in 26 games in the minors in 2014, but he had a 7.61 ERA in 20 games in 2015. Huang was released after the 2015 season, and his professional career ended.

Overall, Huang was 2-2 with a 5.06 ERA, struck out 20 and pitched 83 2/3 innings in 4 seasons in the CPBL.
