Biographical Information

Outfielder Chris Stowers came out of the University of Georgia and made his debut in the majors with the Montreal Expos in 1999. In the minors he hit .319 for the Vermont Expos in 1996 and had 17 home runs for the Harrisburg Senators in 1998.

With the Expos he was the same age as fellow outfielder Vladimir Guerrero.
