Biographical Information

Pitcher Chris George was drafted by the Milwaukee Brewers in the 7th round of the 1988 amateur draft out of Kent State University. George spent his entire six-year career in the Brewers organization, including two games with the major league squad in 1991. Primarily a reliever, one of his big league appearances was a start, earning a no-decision on October 1st in his first major league appearance. Overall, his minor league record was 34-25 with a 3.22 ERA and 45 saves.
