Biographical Information

Chih-Jung Wang played in the CPBL for 2 years.

Wang was drafted by the La New Bears in the 7th round of the 2005 CPBL Draft, and he hit .262/.340/.286 in 27 games in 2006. Since the Bears already had superstar Chin-Feng Chen, Wang didn't get many chances with the big club. He only played 3 games in 2007 with the big club, and he announced his retirement.

Overall, Wang hit .277/.370/.319 with 13 hits in 2 seasons in the CPBL.
