Chih-Chun Li was an amateur outfielder in Taiwan. Li played in the 1976 Amateur World Series, 1977 Intercontinental Cup and 1983 Asian Championship. In the 1984 Amateur World Series, he split left field with Tai-Chuan Chiang and hit .222/.364/.259. He was in the 1984 Olympics, 1985 Asian Championship and 1985 Intercontinental Cup. He also served in Taiwan's military.
