Biographical Information[edit]
Brother of Bibb Falk, Chet Falk came out of the University of Texas at Austin in 1924. By 1925 he was in the majors, and spent three years pitching for the St. Louis Browns, the first two years for manager George Sisler.
His brother Bibb also went to University of Texas at Austin.
Chet pitched for the 1927 Buffalo Bisons, going 7-2, and also hit .429 for them in 35 at-bats. The team also featured Del Bissonette, who broke into the majors the next year.
