Biographical Information

Cheng-Hsin Peng played in the CPBL for 4 years. His brother is CPBL legend first baseman Cheng-Min Peng,

Peng was drafted by the Brother Elephants in the second round of the 2004 CPBL Draft, and he was 1-for-8 in 2005. He hit .297/.345/.361 in the minor league in 2006, and he led the minors in hits and strikeouts. However, Peng only played 2 more games combined in the major league until he announced his retirement in 2009.

Overall, Peng hit .188/.235/.188 with 3 hits in 4 seasons in the CPBL.
