Charlie Eshbach

Charlie Eshbach has been a long-time minor league executive. He began his career with the 1974 Elmira Pioneers then moved to the Bristol Red Sox in 1975. He has been GM of the Reading Phillies, Eastern League president (11 years) and President of the Portland Sea Dogs (being their first employee, starting in 1992 and still active as of 2015). He won the King of Baseball award in 2013.
