The Charles Town Cannons joined the Valley Baseball League in 2013, having previously played as the Luray Wranglers. They played at Jefferson High School and were the only VBL team not located in Virginia. The club only lasted three years in West Virginia as in 2016 they moved again, this time to Purcellville, VA.
