Biographical Information[edit]

Chan-Hsu Yang played in the CPBL for 2 years.

Yang was drafted by the Brother Elephants in the 8th round of the 2009 CPBL Draft, and he hit .270/.326/.367 in the minors with a league-leading 13 doubles in 2010. He played 23 games with the big club in 2011, and his batting line was .250/.291/.269. Yang then won the batting title in the minors in 2012, and his batting line was .353/.452//.429 with 9 doubles. He batted .314/.356/.390 in 2013, and he led the minors with 74 hits and 41 strikeouts. Since the Elephants had superstar Cheng-Min Peng, Yang only got 5 big club at-bats in two seasons. He slumped to .228/.302/.275 in the minors in 2014, and he announced his retirement.

Overall, Yeh hit .246/.283/.263 with 14 hits in 2 seasons in the CPBL.
