Chad Holbrook

Chad Holbrook has been a college coach.
Holbrook hit .353 as a college senior and was second-team All-Atlantic Coast Conference. From 1994-2008, he remained at UNC as assistant coach. A recruiting coordinator for years, he helped recruit Dustin Ackley, Andrew Miller, Chris Iannetta and Daniel Bard among others. He then was recruiting coordinator at the University of South Carolina from 2009-2012, helping build teams that won the 2010 College World Series and 2011 College World Series. In 2011, the ESPN Magazine listed him as one of the top 20 college athletic recruiters, the only baseball coach so honored. In 2013, he moved up to head coach of USC. He went 200-106 in four seasons, but was let go after missing the postseason twice in three years.
Holbrok was named head coach at College of Charleston for the 2018 season.
