Biographical Information[edit]

Pitcher Calvin Rowe was drafted twice. Initially, he was taken in the 50th round of the 1996 amateur draft by the Arizona Diamondbacks, but did not sign. He never played above High A, going 12-16 with a 3.81 ERA in 41 starts in two professional seasons. In 224 2/3 innings, he allowed 218 hits and 24 home runs, while walking 94 batters and striking out 154.
