Biographical Information

Carlos Ratliff was a minor league player and a college coach.

After graduating from Glenville State College, Ratliff played for three seasons in the Mountain States League. He also managed the Welch Miners for part of 1938. After service in the Naval Reserve during World War II, Ratliff took over as baseball coach and athletic director at Glenville.
